Exeter Health Resources launches new careers webpage

EXETER – The Human Resources/Employment team at Exeter Health Resources has created a new careers homepage, ExeterCareers.com, to improve the application process for jobs with Exeter Health’s three operating subsidiaries Resources: Exeter Hospital, Core Physicians and Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association. & Hospice.

The new page includes service-specific blog posts, a resume builder, and some cool new interactive features.

“Our goal is to create multiple avenues for candidates to learn about our open positions through increased accessibility and a seamless experience,” says Caroline Fleming, Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources.

The new Careers page offers a 24/7 chat facility and call center, allowing candidates to engage immediately with a representative who can answer questions and offer assistance, if needed. Representatives are also able to assess candidates to ensure that their experience matches the job requirements. A “quick apply” feature allows applicants to submit basic demographic information so that a representative can track them in a timely manner.

“There are currently extremely limited external job seekers due to labor shortages in New Hampshire, which currently has the third-lowest unemployment rate in the country,” says Charley Thomas, Director, HR Employment. “These enhancements to our online presence ensure that someone is able to engage with a candidate immediately and make the application process as seamless as possible.”

The HR/Employment team will also soon be implementing a new electronic process for scheduling interviews with candidates via calendar invitations sent through the applicant tracking system Symplr (formerly Job Manager). This will eliminate the need for emails or phone calls, as it allows candidates to schedule directly into open time slots.
